We’re delighted to share some exciting news – Tabla Psychology has been longlisted for a 2026 ACAMH Award!
The Association for Child and Adolescent Mental Health (ACAMH) is a leading professional membership organisation dedicated to improving the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people. It brings together professionals from across research and practice, sharing evidence and expertise to help improve understanding and support in this important area.
To have Tabla Psychology recognised by ACAMH is therefore something our whole team is incredibly proud of.
We have been longlisted for the Lionel Hersov Memorial Award, which celebrates practice teams using evidence-based approaches to make a meaningful difference within child and adolescent mental health. We’re especially proud to be recognised alongside teams from organisations including the University of Oxford and the University of Nottingham.
Recognition for Our Whole Team
At Tabla Psychology, our work has always been centred around understanding the individual child or young person. We bring together different areas of expertise to look beyond individual behaviours or challenges and build a clearer picture of what each child needs.
Whether we’re supporting a family through an assessment, working alongside a school or providing therapeutic support, our aim is to make sure recommendations are practical, meaningful and shaped around the individual.
Being recognised in this way is a wonderful reflection of the care and commitment our whole team brings to their work.
What Happens Next?
An expert panel will now review the longlisted nominees ahead of the shortlist announcement, with the 2026 ACAMH Awards culminating in a virtual ceremony in November.
Thank You to Our Families, Schools and Team
This recognition wouldn’t be possible without the families, children, young people and schools who put their trust in us.
It’s also a reflection of the whole Tabla Psychology team, who work every day to understand the children and young people we support and help families find a way forward.
We’re thrilled to have made the longlist and look forward to finding out what happens next.
