Payment Terms of Business:
You will have received a quote by email from us, or you will be aware of costs as these are displayed on the website. By signing our terms of business, you are aware of the cost of the service you have chosen.
You will be required to pay 50% of the cost of the assessment when you book your appointments for all assessments. The final 50% of the fee is requested once a diagnostic decision is made. This is so we can send out paperwork. Additional assessments are charged the same way, 50% is taken when the additional appointment is booked in, and and the final 50% is due when the report is ready. Support sessions and pre-assessments require payment in full before the session.
While every attempt is made to avoid fee increases across the year, we reserve the right to change our fee structure.
Our services are exempt of VAT.
