Clinical Psychologist
Permanent role, part-time, flexible hours, hybrid working
Hours to be agreed (1, 2 or 2.5 days per week)
£65,500 – £75,000 pro rata
Who we’re after
We are looking for a clinical psychologist to come and join our team at Tabla Psychology.
Ideally, this person will have a keen interest in identifying and supporting neurodiversity, i.e., autism and ADHD in both children and adults. They will be looking for an exciting new challenge and the opportunity to sculpt a growing service.

What we need
As well as contributing to multi-professional neurodevelopmental assessments, providing strategies and interventions, excellent report-writing skills and giving psychoeducation sessions and training, we are looking for someone to work collaboratively with the rest of our team.
What experience we’re looking for
- 2 years post-qualification experience in a clinical setting with experience of neurodevelopmental assessments
- Additional experience supporting neurodiversity
- Experience of NICE guidelines assessment and intervention tools, methods and approaches (e.g. the 3DI, ADI-R, ACE, DIVA)
- A flexible, reflective, evidenced-based approach
- A growth mindset
