Assistant Child Psychologist (Clinical or Educational)
Who we’re after
We are looking for a passionate, motivated, child-focussed, and exceptional assistant child psychologist to come and join our team at Tabla Psychology.
Ideally, this person will have a keen interest in all aspects of child development, psychological assessment, educational inclusion, wellbeing and neurodiversity, is looking for an exciting new challenge and the opportunity to learn within a growing service.
Someone who is thoughtful, can follow direction as well as innovate, wants to make the most of the autonomy we offer and is willing to grow with us, with the potential of moving towards an applied doctorate in the future.
What we need
As well as supporting comprehensive child psychology assessments, neurodevelopmental assessments, providing strategies and interventions and working collaboratively with the rest of our clinical and educational team, we are looking for someone who is keen to get involved in all aspects of the service.
Someone who likes to look for spaces and gaps to fill and expand into, brings their own unique expertise and flair to the team, is excited to inspire and enjoys working collaboratively.
What experience we’re looking for
- 2 years’ experience in a professional role
- A first degree in psychology or a professional qualification in a related discipline
- Experience of working to professionally recognised standards
- A flexible, reflective approach
- A growth mind-set

What we offer
