Psychological Education Sessions – Support Sessions

What are Psychological Education Sessions?

We offer continued psychoeducation in the form of single or ongoing 50-minute sessions with our Lead Psychologist, Dr Tamasine Black, or one of our clinical psychologist team.   For ease, we call these ‘Support Sessions’.

These are available to any child or adult who has worked with us, or member of their family.  Slots for these sessions are continuously available, so there is no wait list.  Psychoeducation is an evidence-based therapeutic intervention for clients that provides information and support to better understand, support and empower people with Autism and / or ADHD.  These are charged individually at £120 per 50 minute session. For children, these are always in person, for adults these are usually held via an online call.

What does it cover?

All aspects of the impact, including strengths that neurodiversity (i.e., autism and / or ADHD) can bring to an individual’s life.

How do I book a session?

You can book your session here. If you have any questions or would like some more information, please get in touch here.
