How to Contact Us & What to Do Next
We aim to work with families in a clear, supportive, and professional way. The information below explains who to contact for different queries, and how decisions about next steps are made, so expectations are clear from the outset.
Questions about services, bookings or fees
Please contact Nathan (Admin). Nathan is the first point of contact for all general enquiries, including bookings, availability, fees, invoices, timelines, and commissioning further work.
Not sure which assessment is appropriate?
Comprehensive Pre-Screening
Our Comprehensive Pre-Screening provides a structured and thoughtful starting point when families are unsure what assessment may be helpful. We review all available information, including parent history, school input, and standardised measures across key areas of your child’s development. A written summary is then provided, setting out which assessment pathway (if any) is recommended and why.
This process helps ensure that any further assessment is proportionate, appropriate, and based on a full understanding of your child.
Discovery Calls (James Turley)
Non-clinical calls to explain services and processes
Discovery Calls are available to help families understand how our service works and what options are available. These calls are non-clinical and do not include diagnostic opinions, clinical advice, or school placement guidance.
Please note
To support safe, fair, and high-quality practice for all families:
- We are unable to offer ad hoc clinical advice or informal phone calls
- Advice regarding school placement or provision requires a recent Educational Psychology assessment (within the last 18 months)
- Letters of support can only be provided where there has been recent, commissioned assessment work (within the last 6 months)
- We ask that all communication remains respectful, non-pressurised, and in line with our Terms & Conditions
These arrangements allow us to work consistently, ethically, and effectively with families, and to protect the quality of our clinical work.
